Bomech
1. Solid and professional manufacture
2. Automatic level adjustment on the middle frame and on both side arms for optimal contour adjustment
3. All hydraulic cylinders have end cushioning for maximum performance and gentle folding
4. Two Alrena precision macerators with rotating cutting system
5. Suitable for large and small spread volumes
6. Different automatic section control options (mechanic or hydraulic) are available
7. It is possible to assemble the electrohydraulic control block of the I-Control in advance
8. Simple folding alongside the vehicle
9. Hoses are not bent during lifting or folding and are thus long-lasting
10. Prepared for 4-/5-point linkage, category 2 or 3 (12 m and 15 m also possible in 3-point linkage)
11. Can drive up to 20 km/h in working position
12. Equipped with HC-frame as standard
13. Optionally arm extension folding up to 3 m on each side. This reduces the working width and the transport length
14. With the 21/15 and the 24/18 an additional 90 degree folding of 1.5 m is possible in the 3 m arm extension
15. Hydraulic suspension system standard from 18 m on
16. Possibility to spread slurry on different working widths in combination with the Alrena ASC section control system
17. Hose distance standard 25 cm. Optionally, a hose distance of 18.75 cm is also possible up to 18 m working width
18. The Multi Profi series is equipped with armoured trailing shoes as standard
The Multi Profi trailing shoe system is a solid and professional slurry spreader, available in working widths of 12 m until 24 m and also available in a self-propelled version.
With an 8″inch connection, both Alrena precise macerators are supplied with slurry, which ensure an exact lateral distribution over the entire working width. The distributor comes with many
optional features: different hydraulic arm extensions and various section control possibilities (mechanical, hydraulic or with the ASC-system). In its standard model, the system is prepared for 4-/5-point linkage, category 2 or 3 (12 m and 15 m also possible in 3-point linkage)
Multi HC | Heavy Construction version
When circumstances demand more possibilities, more strength and more capacity, Bomech offers the best solution. The Multi Profi HC version. With the HC-frame the trailing shoe has an increased stability of the machine due to a stronger and more stable middle frame and it can handle a flow capacity of up to 12,000 litres per minute. The Multi Profi and Multi Profi Self-Propelled series from Bomech are equipped in this new version from now on.
Self-propelled systems
The Multi Profi series is also suitable for mounting on a self-propelled system by means of a widened main frame of 3.29 m. In combination with a hydraulic arm extension folding, which reduces the transport length, it is possible to mount the Multi Profi series to the predominantly short and wide tankers of the self-propelled vehicles.
Hydraulic suspension system
The top feature of this series is its hydraulic suspension system. This allows the trailing shoe system to swing independently of both tank movements and contour adjustment using four hydraulic suspension points on the middle frame. This system works automatically and ensures optimal contour adjustment. This system is fitted as standard for working widths from 18 m and optional for 12 m and 15 m
1.5 m or 3 m hydraulic folding arm extension
From 15 m, the Multi Profi has an optional hydraulic arm extension folding of 1.5 m on each side (at 24 m this is 2 m). The 21 m and 24 m models also have an optional 3 m arm extension folding. The arm extension folds not only to reduce the transport length, but also the working width. This reduces the working width from 21 m to 15 m or from 24 m to 18 m.
Wing suspension
The ‘wing suspension system’ by means of a steel cable system works automatically and there are no special prerequisites or requirements for the slurry tank. This system reduces the static and dynamic stress of the wide booms on the frame and on the hydraulic cylinder by at least 50%. The optimal interplay between the forces, which are simultaneously used as a counterweight, boosts the stability and durability of the Multi Profi.
