Front-mounted pump crane

Our pump crane family has been upgraded with a robust 8-inch front-mounted pump crane. The new “Eight” enables smooth, fast, and most importantly, efficient operation at the pit during loading. Versatility arises from an additional joint in the pump loader, which allows for smooth, agile, and precise handling.

The pump crane can easily bend through small openings in covered tanks, as well as into high slurry containers or over fences into open pits, without any additional steps. Also, due to the additional joint, the loader’s reach is greater than normal (over 4 meters), and the ground clearance is higher during road and field travel, reducing the risk of hitting the pump. In addition, the transport height of the loader remains lower than that of a typical front pump loader, as it can be bent to fit into a smaller space during transport. The reach is also improved during transfer pumping. This setup prevents unnecessary compaction of the field while filling the container directly from the road.

Efficiency is achieved with improved slurry flow. The sleek shapes of the pipes, a direct filling connection to the wagon, and the powerful Mäkireini 4 ensure a top-notch filling speed. The Eight’s pipes are bent into shape without unnecessary welding seams, and the rotary joints are made of high-quality cast iron.
