The Speedy One trailing shoe is a very lightweight and affordable type of Bomech trailing shoe with one Alrena precision macerator
The Speedy One is very compatible with tankers with a diameter of max. 2m. This type of trailing shoe has a small transport width of 2.55 m. The Speedy One is available in 7.5 m, 9 m and 10.5 m working widths.
The Bomech-Speedy One folds compactly along the tanker so that the centre of gravity of the trailing shoe distributor in the transport position comes closer to the front. When folding, the outlets are raised first so that absolutely no soiling of headlands, streets and agricultural roads can take place. The basic hydraulics and standard version requires 3 double-acting control units (3DA). Optionally, the I-Control as well as the E-Control is possible with this trailing shoe distributor. As a standard, the arm extensions of the 9 m and 10.5 m are secured using a three dimensional impact protection system. One 5” connection supplies the Alrena precision macerator with slurry for optimal lateral distribution across a working width of 7.5 m, 9 m and 10.5 m.
Integrated pendlesystem and wing suspension
The Speedy One has an integrated pendlesystem in the midframe. Because of this the distributor can adjust to any soil conditions. The distributor also has a “wing suspension”. The static and dynamic forces on the frame and on the hydraulic cylinders are strongly reduced because of it.
